因为同住的访问学者将于夏天回国，不能再续租房间，希望找人承租，2间房间位于一3 卧室房子中，一间大单人房，一间双人房。房子位置很好，靠近Oxford Road，看一下地图就可以知道(Zip code:M14 5UH)，无论是离曼大还是MMU都极近, 而且是曼城公交车最方便的地区之一，并且房子就在Health Center 旁边，Job Center Plus 后面。旁边的住户为英国本地住家，房子配备有双套防盗系统，除了主系统外，楼下各房间包括客厅和厨房通往院子的门窗均配有单独防盗系统。宽带上网，无限制非高峰时段下载，免费晚上和周末电话。周围
有3家大型超市（步行5分钟距离内）和很多杂货店，商店，饭馆，购物或去学校都很近且方便。
双人房在一楼，大单人房在二楼，均为双人床。设施齐全：冰箱，全新炉具，烤箱，烤面包机，微波炉，电水壶，洗衣机，吸尘器，暖气，电视，沙发，餐桌，书
桌，衣柜，浴室中淋浴盆浴俱备。房后带一小园子，天气暖和的时候可以在园子里bbq。大单人房可随时入住，双人房从8月1日起可入住。最好是不抽烟，不喜
吵闹，性格和气的学生。
房价：双人房45磅一周，另一房间42磅一周，因为我们在这里已经住了3年，所以房东才肯给我们这么便宜的价格，其余的bill(生活用费)大家平分;

behind the Rusholme Job Center Plus. (Zip code: M14 5UH), you can check out the
exact position from www.multimap.com, it is an absolutely
ideal location for shopping and going to Universities. It takes about 10
minitues to the Manchester
University by walk.
Almost most of the buses come from the city center can take you home and to the
university, even in the midnight! There is one large single room upstairs with
double bed and a double bedroom downstairs with double bed as well. It is
currently taken by a visiting scholar couple and they are going back to china
in summer. The house itself is in great condition with gas central heating,
topnotch burglar and fire safety systems. We also have a nice large comfy
living room. With all facilities needed (fridge, new cooker, toaster, microwave
oven, kettle, washing machine, new vacuum cleaner, central heating system, nice
shower and toilet in bathroom, TV,sofa, dining table, wardrobes and so on).
Broadband Internet with no-limit off-peak downloading allowance. Free landline
phone calls in the evening and weekend. We have a yard at the back of the
house for having a little BBQ or enjoying the beautiful summer. The rental is
￡42/week for the upstairs room and ￡45/week for the downstairs room. Share
