从小区前门出去步行仅2 分钟就是小黑店及412车站，交通便利，购物方便。

房间内有书桌，椅子，衣柜，书架，放杂物的小柜，床头柜， 并且虽是单人间却有一个double size的双人床。

公寓共4人share, 你与另一个QUT女生share卫生间，另外两UQ女生住master room有自己的卫生间， 并且不与房东一起住，他只是偶过来看看。

小区内有花园，泳池，并有小区大门，非常安全。

因为我和房东签的合同是到明年2月的，所以到2月合同到期如果想继续住下去的话和房东续签就好了。一般找房子就是在这个论坛的比较多吧。
