如何打开从网上下载的表？急死了！

我知道要下载一个软件，可是它那里种类那么多，我下载的是Acrobat Reader 5.0 Asian Font Pack - Chinese Simplified,不知道对不对？
我按照它的步骤安装后，为什么还是打不开我下载的表呢？
急死我了，我想要在电脑上填好e-mail给别人帮忙看一看的。
谁能教教我？我在网上看别人好象都挺容易就用电脑填，为什么我就不会呢？
