备受争议的上下班途中事故伤害算不算工伤尘埃落定。工伤保险条例修改草案规定，除现行规定的机动车事故以外，职工在上下班途中受到非本人主要责任的非机动车交通事故或者城市轨道交通、客运轮渡、火车事故伤害，也应当认定为工伤。

According to the revision, the compensation to families of those who die from work-related injuries has been raised to 20 times the per capita disposable annual income in urban areas。
根据最新修改草案，对工伤死者家属的赔偿金都大幅度提高，调整为上一年度全国城镇居民人均可支配收入的20倍。
文中的work-related injuries就是指“工伤”，平时说的“工伤保险”就是work-related injury insurance。此次修改的条例也包括对work-related disability(因工致残)情况的处理，受益人就是insured employee(参保职工)。
Related加在名词后面表示“与……相关的”。如今很多人都在狭小的格子间里办公，在狭小的蜗居里生活，室内空气不流通，很容易染上building-related illness(大楼并发症，指由室内空气污染媒介所引发的疾病， 包括感染、发烧、过敏及肺炎等)。年底大家的year-end bonus(年终奖)一般与业绩相关，属于performance-related pay。
文中提到的per capita disposable annual income就是“人均可支配收入”，“可支配净收入”也可以说成disposable net income。 |
