My GF is coming (Student Visa for Language), but she do not want to learn Englisih in the scheduled language school because she just got the TOEFL satisfying the requirement of the Master degree. How she can get the fees back? Just told the language school that she was rejected by visa official?or told them the truth?
Sorry there is a problem ,you know, her master program will just start in September 2005. If she get the language fees back, how she can register in Garda National Immigration Bureau?or after registering in this bureau, then try to get the fees back?
If the latter method is fessible, according to her 6-month language course, I think she can stay in Ireland until July lawfully. However, how about the next 2 months?(before her master program in Sep)
Is there any problem ? You know,under this circumstance she has no proper reason(or right ) staying in IRL, which may make trouble for her re-vise for her master program?
