, Fed-Ex, Shaws and shopping mall
The room is large, clean and very neat. It has a twin bed (Mattress/
foundation and box) and decent computer desk in it, also there is some other
staff like fan, air conditioner, lamp, which could be left or taken out.
Laundry, cable, a/c, parking lot and all the comforts of home included.
The rent is 592.5 include heat and hot water. You just need share half
electricity and internet with the other male roommate.
