另外，P3前的所有手续都是美国签证中心处理,只有P4是广州发出的.
【P1阶段:】
当我们申请亲属移民时,申请人将资料备齐,递交申请I－130至美国当地的移民处理中心,然后,我们拿到档案号码P1,也就是I-130申请的收据,里面会有三个英文大写字母加10个数字,三个英文字母分别是EAC或WAC或SRC或LIN,以美国移民处理中心来分.
