F2B想转F3，收到NVC的回信了，还有戏吗？

各位好，之前写了个帖子“f2b,在申请人入籍前，我结婚了，转成f3后，是否需要重新排队？”。
大致的情况是：
我妈在07年为我申请了f2b,我在今年结婚了，但我妈还没入籍。
假如我妈现在申请入籍，再把我转成f3，不知道是否需要重新排队，而以前f2b的priority 日期是否就作废了？

为了这个问题，我给广州领事馆写了封邮件，他们让我直接咨询NVC(National Visa Center).
于是我又写邮件给NVC，今天得到NVC的回信了，请大家帮忙看看：

“Dear Sir/Madam:
The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the
immigrant visa petition: WAC07******xx filed by 我妈妈名字 on behalf
of 我的名字.
Please send a copy of the beneficiary's marriage certificate and the
derivative spouse's birth certificate to the address below so that the
NVC can further review your visa application. Please also provide a copy
of the Naturalization Certificate if the petitioner has become a United
States Citizen.
National Visa Center
ATTN: WC
31 Rochester Avenue, Suite 200
Portsmouth, NH 03801-2915”

大意就是让我把婚姻公证和我妈的入籍证明邮寄给NVC。
他们要“further review your visa application.”
这是什么意思呢？是不是只要补齐了材料，我的F2B Priority 排期就还能用呢？
