4.两个人share一套卫浴，卫、浴分开。整栋房子只有三个人住，环境优雅。
不和房东一起住，二房东人很好相处、山东人很热情。

5.厨房设备齐全，锅碗瓢盆 炒锅 炖锅 高压锅 电饭煲 微波炉 热水壶 烤面包机 榨汁机等各种都有。

6.500G 高速TPG网络，热爱打游戏的亲 一定不要错过

7.家里有卫星电视，可看国内各大卫视。

8.另外楼下客厅也有空调，夏天在楼下做饭 吃饭也不会热啦！！

9. 楼下就是游泳池，很方便。
