今年8月22日我们得到hsmp的许可,我们及其兴奋.但是在递交签证声请的时候得到一盆冷水.我们于9月26日被拒签了.难过失望之后,准备做第二次努力.再声请一次!!!
签证官拒签的理由原文如下:
However I am not satisfied,on the balance of probabilities,that your application meets the requirements of paragraph 135A,and in particular:
iii) You are able to maintain and accommodate yourself and dependts adequeately,without recourse to public funds; and
BECOUSE:
You have presented a work permits UK letter stating that you qualify for the hsmp scheme.
However,you have presented copies of a Bank statement that show recent large deposited solely from this application.
You have not provided any independent evidence showing your annual salary.I am not satitsfied,based on the documents you have presented today,that your income is as high as you state.
Furthermore,you have provided no evidence of accommodation,or the ablility to provide accommodation once you are in the UK.
我们再次声请签证的时候,需要拿哪些材料才能保证胜利呢?希望前辈给予指导.
注:我们是9月22日将材料通过武汉英国签证中心将签证声请递交给北京英国使馆.我们被告诉会在10月15日左右得到消息,29日下午,2:30左右英国使馆到公司对偶进行了背景调查(问了啥时候开始工作的?目前是什么职务,推荐人的职务是什么?年薪是多少?如果我从英国回来公司还愿意雇佣吗?等问题.还问了接电话的人是公司的什么人.).公司接电话的人放下英使馆来电,立即给我电话,我还以为处理到我的case了,开心后上网查了自己的case的进展.发现偶的护照等物已经于9月28日到到武汉英国签证中心了.当时非常奇怪,背景调查在29日发生,而护照28日返回了武汉英国签证中心,由于武汉英国签证中心上班时间是7:30-下午2:30,29日接到公司说使馆调查电话后就耐心等30日到武汉英国签证中心去取件.这个时候,感到真快啊,满心都以为签证下来了....第二天就是30日,我们赶到武汉英国签证中心,拆开信封一看,是拒签啊....郁闷!!!再查一下拒签日期是9月26日.这个声请是9月22日交到武汉英国签证中心 ,26日就被拒签了,而28日护照返还到武汉英国签证中心,29日下午2:30左右英国使馆还到公司去背景调查.真是郁闷的工作流程. 30日我们亲自确认了被拒的消息. 这个时候感觉到天下最痛苦的事情就是被拒签了.头立即痛了一夜.
所以可以再次尝试再签一次吗? 应该如何准备材料啊.....
