· 负责无锡明慈医院项目中非医疗的筹建，主要包括营养餐厅、水疗、健身中心、3层楼康复公寓等· 监管江阴来富岛大酒店日常运营· 参与集团战略规划，不断优化管理体系任职要求
· 大专及以上学历，酒店管理相关专业· 具有品牌酒店10年以上高层管理，5年以上总经理或主持工作副总的工作经验，熟悉酒店开业筹备与营运运作流程· 执行力强，在担任总经理期间，取得较好的经营业绩· 具有出色的领导能力，擅长团队建设与管理

Located in the bustling Chaoyang Road, covers anarea of ??17 acres, construction area of ??42,000 square meters, the hotel hasa total investment of 160 million yuan. It offers a high standard of businesssuites and 221 luxury suites.Wuxi Mingci Hospital is invested by JNMPT.With an initial investment of 800 million RMB and a construction area of 60,000square meters, Mingci Hospital is supposed to be built as a large non-publicmedical institution which integrates specialist clinics, rehabilitation careand health management. Mingci Hospital receives a great deal of support fromHDZ NRW Germany and many other famous hospitals in China.Job Summary – Major Functions and Activities· Responsible for Wuxi MingciHospital project of the non-medical section, including nutrition restaurant,spa, fitness center, and rehabilitation center· Supervisethe daily operation of Laifudao Hotel· Participatethe group’s strategic planning, continuously optimizing the management systemof the HotelRequirements – Qualifications / Education /Knowledge and Experience / Skills required· College degree or above,hotel management major · 10 years of senior manager experience in a famous brand hotel, 5years of general manager or vice president executive experience. Familiar withthe pre-opening and operational processes. · Strong execution ability,great business performance during the general manager period· Excellent leadershipskills, good team building and management skills.
Working conditions/Location
This is a full-time position based at Wuxi (Rehabilitationcenter) and Jiangyin(Hotel), Jiangsu, China.
