I've been studying in the states for almost two years, with a F1 visa. I've finished my first master and am going for a second one. Last summer i went back to china as i got the return visa from Canada. This summer i have to apply for it in China. Can anyone tell me the current situation of F1 return visa? Especailly in Guangzhou. I have full tuition waiver with annual stipend. Do I still have to turn in financial proof? And what else i need to do? Do I need to make an appointment even though an interview is not necessary for return visa? Thank you very much.
