我的情况是这样的：我和太太已经通过B2去过美国旅游，现在想给父母办理B2去美国旅游，父母首次申请美国签证，不会英语，要去的话可能会跟团可能会由我们陪同，所以我有如下问题请教：
1. 父母均已退休，但现在又都在其他公司任职，请问有关DS-160中工作部分的经历怎么写；如果选择退休，还要写现在的单位吗？
2. 要不要写旅行陪同人还有我和我太太，还是他们两独立申请就行？
