从大楼走去southport中心的Australia fair和学校TAFE只要3分钟。楼下即是southport的中心枢纽，一部车即可到达Griffith，surfers，harbor town和broadbeach等GC各处。所以生活，交通都绝对地便利。另外，步行5分钟即可到达海边broadwater park。
