Less than two weeks after taking office, U.S. President Joe Biden's new administration is working on a different strategy toward China. This is crucial because, on the brink of the fourth Industrial revolution, the US and China are going their separate ways. The US strategy is laissez-faire for corporate partnerships, strategic initiatives and mergers and acquisitions. At the same time, China is taking a highly coordinated strategic approach, including direct and large-scale government support for the country's leading technology companies.
