打电话给我妈，她说我的出生证明早百年就不知道掉哪里去了。有没有哪位大人可以告诉我在中国怎么办理出生证明啊？？这种移民类的文件是不是和我们主观认为的出生证明不一样啊？？？？急急急！！！

姓名，性别，出生时间，地点，什么的吗？？需要写父母的资料么？？？？
