这是澳洲couple 家的 single room with single bed ($150) + single room with double bed ($155)
家里厨具家具都是 share 的 可以不用自带  其实还蛮方便的
房东很nice  环境很好，居住之余还是一个很好的环境练英文哦！！

走路去130 140 车站10分钟 知道city ， 去路去135 120 155 598 等车站直到city, garden city and carindale 大概15 分钟 。 走路去Griffith Nathan campus 差不多就15 分钟。

水电网全包 不用交bond 金

(虽然是有点小贵，但从居住环境等来看，安全方便 并且有家的感觉 值啦！！！ 而且平时也不用怎么打扫房子 就care 好自己的房间和bathroom weekly 到扫就好了，而且也不用每周推垃圾桶。。。
对了他们家还有只猫哦~ ）
