Position Available in Realestate Office at Fortitude Valley RECEPTIONIST
Experienced Real Estate Receptionist required for a busy & fast paced agency. This role provides Reception and Administration support to a Property Management team and Caretakers. MUST have an excellent writing skills. Must be able to provide exceptional customer service for walk in clients and administration support to the Managers. Hours are Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm and every third Saturday 9am - 1pm which with a half day off on following Monday. Salary range depending on experience is $35K - $40K. To be considered for this role you will need to have: · A min of 6 months experience in real estate office administration role is preferred · MUST have excellent writing skill · Excellent phone manner as well as verbal communication skills · Friendly, vibran attitude and presentation, as well as strong interpersonal skills · Strong organization skills and attention to details, as well as time management and problem solving abilities · Expert grasp of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook · Outstanding organisational and time management skills · Superior task and schedule management abilities · Real estate receptionist experience would be
