homestay，包三餐和所有费用

地段很好，离UQ近，可以骑自行车10到15分钟到UQ，房东有自行车可以免费给你用。骑自行车的好处就是不需要等车，没有交通费。从家里到学校的路也平坦，不会觉得吃力。

房间个超大的镜子和衣柜，还有各种很大的储物的柜子，特别好放东西。还有桌子凳子床枕头被子，房间空间也比较大。有空调和heater，整天开房东都不管。


房东是澳洲人和香港人，房东很幽默，人也很随意，他们把学生当做自己家人看待，从来不会觉得约束（我之前住过两个homestay，负责任地说他们是我见过的最好的房东，甚至不能更好）。以前住在这里的学生有时还会给她们发邮件聊天。


在这个环境里面可以大大提升你的英语水平。（很适合过来学语言的同学，不仅能提高你的英语水平，还可以骑车去学校，否则坐公交的话没有学生卡没有打折特别贵）


我目前住在这里，顺便帮房东寻找租客。房间250一周，各种设施齐全，生活大部分事情完全不用操心。
