5分鐘走Melbourne street即可到 State library, South Brisbane火車站 或是cultural center公車總站 去UQ,griffith,QUT都很方便

如果說想去south bank散步也很方便ㄨ（本人沒事就經常去晃 那邊有很多有特色的餐廳）

若是覺得“懶”不想走路 下樓不用30秒（意思是很近）

即可到公車站搭公車199, 196到city

步行5分鐘即可到cultural center bus station

希望找不抽菸, 不浪費資源（水電）, 有禮貌的房客 ,學生 或是上班族

一次最短租半年 學生的話可以一個學期一個學期租

希望是長期穩定的房客 如果租的時間較長 房價保有商量空間

單人出租     一個禮拜250澳幣　　　

雙人出租     一個禮拜320澳幣
