Come & join our new Cafe store in Strathpine(Northside)

We are looking for career minded Café Team Members and Kitchen Specialists with all-round cafe experience to join our team. This is a great opportunity for you to showcase your passion for customer service, make premium products and utilize your fantastic organisational skills!

To be successful, you will:

• Be committed to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding your customers’ expectations.
• Be excited about working in a dynamic & busy cafe environment.
• Must have full availability across a 7 day roster and shopping centre hours.
  

Cafe staff must-

• Be able to make espresso coffees to a consistently high standard, and be willing to be trained in the OUR way
• Have excellent cash handling and communication skills
• Be willing to be trained in all areas of the cafe
• Have a passion for great coffee, great food and great service!
• And finally, have a positive 'can do'  attitude and love working as part of a team!
  

Kitchen staff must-

• Have experience in a commercial kitchen with the skills to follow a recipe to our high Shingle Inn standards.  Plus ensure the same high standards are delivered by your team.
• Be organised and efficient
• Work well as part of a small team
  

Flexible availability is essential, as we operate seven days (no nights- except Thursday until 9pm).
