Due to the continued growth of our business, we arecurrently seeking a Book Keeper/Office Administrator to fill in a full-time position.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, yourresponsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Accounts payable/receivable Maintenance of customer account data Banking and bank reconciliations BAS statement preparation Data entry General admin duties as required To be successful in this role you will have:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Confidence in working autonomously Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills Excellent numeracy and literacy skillsand strong attention to details Ability to multitask Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking isan advantage The work hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm.This role will be commencing ASAP, so would be best suited for someone who isnot currently working.
