新房也需要检验， 而且很必要。 建商建完房子交付你使用， 你接收后就开始保固期。 一般重大问题才在保固范围， 而且让建商在你入住后又回来给你维修， 往往很麻烦， 非常困难。 在你接收前让问题解决了， 你会省很多工夫。 我们检过隔热层没做完就交付使用的， 也检过很多建筑垃圾还在天花上就交付使用的。 凡此林林种种， 不胜枚举。 祝大家购得愉快，住得开心。
