**Location**
Only 3 minutes walk to the bus station (Mains RD, Sunnybank), and there's bus of 130,140,135,137,139,598,599 connects you to City, UQ and even south west Brisbane like Indooroopilly.
5 minutes walk to Sunnybank plaza/shopping centre, there's everything you need, take-away shops, grocery store and clinics.
10 minutes walk to Altandi train station.
There's a Coles petrol station 3 minutes away from the house so you can get grocery at late night if you are really lazy don't want to go to the plaza.
20-25 minutes to UQ St Lucia through 139 bus route.
**The House**
It has three bedrooms, all three rooms are available.
Two for short term or long term.
It's a two floor townhouse (check on Google street view).
Fully furnished including fridge, washing machine, bed, study desk, chair,wardrobe, dining table, coffee table, two sets of sofa, a 51" 3D SmartTV and game console if you want to play some light game to relax.
The kitchen has the full set of cooking ware like microwave, rice cooker,pans, kettle, toaster and dishes etc.
We'll share the first floor, 3 big bedrooms, one bathroom, one toilet, a huge living room with kitchen, and there's a small laundry room outside. Separate bath room, toilet and laundry.
Landlord's parents live upstairs but they are using separate stairs so we won't see them in our own space . He will also take care of the lovely garden at the backyard. Landlord lives nearby but not with us. She's very kind and nice. Currently two Chinese young male are living here, one is UQ's student, one has graduated from UQ.
Wired network plug in your room also high speed wireless WIFI network available.
Unlimited ADSL2+ download quota.
All bedrooms are lockable.
The house is located on a no through road, so it is very quiet. If you have a car you can park it in the yard or on the road side.
Short term at least 6 month but prefer longer.
No pets.
